How do I buy credits?
Open the Packages tab inside the app. iOS users pay via App Store, Android via Robokassa (bank card).
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap "Delete account" and confirm. All your personal data will be removed.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iOS: Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - RENSELLER - Cancel. Subscriptions are managed by App Store, not by us.
My generated image looks wrong - what to do?
Email us the job ID (visible in the Results tab) and we'll re-generate it for free.
I can't receive the Telegram confirmation code.
Make sure you've started a chat with our bot and shared your phone number. Then return to the app and try again.
